Welcome to Mary & Martha's Fine Catering
Diane, a Greenwich native, is a natural, self-taught chef and loves using her gifts and talents to produce impeccable cuisine. Her experience in the travel industry and twenty years of restaurant and catering experience lends to her creative palate and passion for food. Completing the CIA Hyde Park Catering Management Course and several other culinary enrichment classes, Diane finally fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening her own catering business.
Salvatore (you can just call him Salvo) grew up hunting in the shade of Mount Etna, fishing in the Mediterranean, and working in fresh fruit markets in Catania Sicily. His career in commercial art brought him to the States, and his love of great food (among other things) brought him to Diane. The two fell in love, married, and have been cooking all along the way. Salvo’s enthusiasm, his homemade pizza, and his Sicilian accent all contribute to the flavors that pour out of the kitchen at Mary and Martha’s. Together, Diane and Salvo’s highest calling is to serve the community out of love. |
